Adobe has introduced a new, more powerful Select Subject in the latest version of Photoshop 21.2.0.
In this tutorial,Photoshop instructor Unmesh Dida from PIXImperfect compares the new Select Subject with the time-tested Pen Tool.
He takes you through three compositing examples, comparing the new tool to the previous version, the Pen Tool, and other alternatives.
Unmesh also shows you how to use different masking techniques for better quality edges, and a masking workflow that combines the effectiveness of Select Subject and Select-and-Mask.
