Burford è una famiglia di caratteri che ho abbozzato durante un viaggio in Europa. Sono rimasto incantato da tutta la tipografia unica che è stata presentata nei cinque paesi che ho visitato. Ispirato da tutto ciò che avevo visto, mi ritrovai a passare 4-5 ore al giorno nel Vondel Park di Amsterdam a disegnare personaggi. Una volta tornato negli Stati Uniti, ho digitalizzato Burford, decidendo che sarebbe stato un bellissimo font basato su livelli.
Il pacchetto Burford Pro viene fornito con tutti i 18 caratteri a strati, inclusi 5 livelli di base, 3 livelli superiori, 5 livelli inferiori e 2 set di elementi grafici. Sono strategicamente realizzati per costruire uno sopra l'altro, creando una famiglia basata su livelli coerente e facile da usare. Ogni font viene inoltre fornito con una serie di alternative stilistiche per le lettere ACEFGHPQ R. Il pacchetto Burford Basic è creato per gli utenti che non hanno accesso ai programmi di progettazione Premiere (come Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, ecc.) e non sono in grado di utilizzare la stratificazione effetto. Burford può ancora essere uno strumento potente in quanto ogni carattere può essere utilizzato anche da solo. Include tutti i file di font non necessari per l'effetto di stratificazione. (Include 13 font: Burford Basic, Dots, DropShadow, Extras Set A, Extras Set B, Extrude B, Extrude C, Inline, Line, Marquee, Outline, Stripes A e Stripes B).
Il set Burford Extras utilizza tutti i caratteri di base della tastiera: circa 100 elementi totali per set. Sono progettati per adattarsi specificamente a Burford e completare perfettamente i suoi diversi stili. Il set include: banner, bordi, angoli, frecce, interruzioni di riga, slogan, ancore e molto altro!
